Blah.

okay, before i forgot wat i wanna say, i shall just make short blog entries. im getting paid for blogging now, tagging my cousin's blog and sending FREE sms-es to starhub numbers. how cool can tt be? envy me? heh.

oh and since i do not have my user id and password for the systems, i am doing callbacks. callbacks mean customers call in and hang up half way thru due to high waiting time. so im calling them back to see wat i can do for them. *customer service oriented me* :)

haha anyway i wan to grumble! i started calling customers at 10am because i thot it is after the "official" wake up time. but damn, i still get scoldings from customers who havent quite woke up. dun they use their brain? if they dun wanna people to wake them up, either set it to silent mode or switch it off?!!

okay, some may say they are just worried tt they may receive urgent calls.

then i gotta say........................... TOO BAD. starhub pays me to call them back. :)
