drinking the black chicken soup that my mum cooked. must really build back my health. too many late nites. :)

anyway i feel so HEALTHY today. haha.

this is me today!

woke up at 7am.
ate beehoon goreng with lotsa vegtables for bfast.
had my 7hrs practical.
ate lemon chicken rice + kiwi juice for lunch.
drank carrot juice.
ate double cheeseburger + fries for dinner.
mama's soup for supper!

err.. not that healthy afterall. but u see, those juices make me believe that i am healthy. haha. i am going to make my own juice next time. :) thanks to the kenwood juicer that my daddy won in his company dinner and dance. free equipment for my 3-min hobby.

shall buy carrots plus orange tmr. then i can make some and drink it during my off day.

now, things that have to be have to be done.
..post my topshop tee to my buyer
..put my marriott mooncake into freezer
..collect my thai book from my locker tmr morning
..pass ahma her new handphone tmr
..meet ben tmr for my book
..buffet lunch with joanne next next week

oh yeah, did i mention that today is my first time ever reading a science journal? the title is: determination of fluoride in drinking water and in urine of adolescents living in three countries in Northern Chihuahua Mexico using fluoride ion selective electrode.

I NEVER KNEW THAT THERE ARE SO MUCH TO DO IN DATA COLLECTION I SWEAR!
